The Role

Headhunting the best talent in the marketplace for your clients’ businesses.

You’ll use a range of sales and marketing techniques to attract the best – including job adverts, LinkedIn content & building your own personal brand, Networking, sales calls & meetings.

You will develop your own client base and become their go-to for business growth, helping them to reach their goals.

You’ll manage offers & close deals.

The Company

International offices which allows for future relocation opportunities if that’s of interest.

You will have a clear path to a Director role within the company within 5 years.

The Requirements

Degree educated required

OR

Sales experience required (car sales, telesales, b2b, b2c)

Bright and confident personality

Money driven and has clear financial goals
