Sales Intern – Placement Year

HPE Compute and Digital Sales business unit is looking for sales interns. In this role you can make a mark by supporting our sales team and getting real exposure across the business. If you are keen to develop your knowledge and skills within the technology and sales space apply today!

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll play a key part in assisting our sales teams in managing their sales opportunities. This will involve: gathering insights and mapping accounts through customer research; data analysis to assist in decision making & strategic planning; providing administrative support
  • You will take on forecasting and reporting responsibilities, providing updates on sales activity within the team. This will involve: pulling and refreshing forecasting files; participating in sales manager calls to capture updates and provide insights on sales activity
  • You will have opportunities to get involved in a variety of projects across the business unit. For example: networking opportunities with other areas of the business; supporting internal & external partner events; you will be continually supported in developing your skills and expertise with the support of a designated mentor

    Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program such as business or marketing

  • Keen to develop your skills
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to learn
  • Proactivity and curiosity
