Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious Graduate Site Manager to join our team at a prestigious High-End Fit-Out Contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in the construction industry and gain valuable experience in managing luxury fit-out projects.

Internships and any on-site experience (circa 1 year) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating and managing site activities for high-end fit-out projects, ensuring quality standards are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.

Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations on site.

Assist in reviewing project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
