JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for providing technical assistance with computer hardware and software to support user requirements in the Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the first contact with users who need technical assistance via the Jira ticketing system, phone, or email.

troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues raised from users.

Responding in a timely manner to users’ issues and requests.

Following up with users to ensure full resolution of issues.

Manage helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.

Performing hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.

Assist in IT infrastructure projects and documentation of manuals, etc.

Controlling IT asset, maintaining records of computer asset.

Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Ensure policies, procedures and standards are meet.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology

Strong analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.

Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

Good command of English, able to communicate effectively in a multinational working environment.

Good team member, proactive and has a positive attitude

Ability to work in flexible hours.

Good knowledge in Windows OS, Office 365 and basic networking would be an advantage
