The G&E Group – Business Development Executive – Graduate Scheme
Location : Leed City Centre
Salary and Bonus : £24,000 – £30,000 & £50K – £60K OTE – 1st year.
Start Date : July, August & September.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. The starting salary can vary depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to develop strategies for expanding the customer base
Present company products and services to potential clients
Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
Utilise CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
No prior experience needed:
The G&E Training Academy is led by our specialist Learning & Development team which enables us to hire determined individuals and develop them to hold high-level consultative conversations with global leaders.
