Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a Global PR Agency helping with their search for a Finance Assistant to join their rapidly growing team. Turning over between £10-15mill, the agency has been operating for 25 years and works with countless luxury brands & innovative talent predominantly in the fashion, beauty, design, and digital space.

With a fantastic office space in the heart of Central London, where they like to make use of the vibrant bars and restaurants nearby, they are a values driven business who are now looking for an eager Finance Assistant to join their sociable, collaborative finance team, with the opportunity for excellent career progression.

The Role:

They are looking a highly driven & ambitious individual who has recently attained a degree and someone who is eager to begin their career in Finance, where they can come in become a crucial member of the Finance team as the Agency rapid scales.

Working closely with the Finance Manager and other senior members of the wider business, the role strikes excellent exposure to Accounts Payable, where you will be fully immersed with hands-on transactional duties in a creative, past-paced environment. The role offers study support scope to progress to Senior Finance Assistant / Management Accountant within 18-24 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts payable duties

Month end responsibilities, including revenue posting and balance sheet reconciliations

Financial ledger maintenance

Tracking & accruals

System management

Ad-hoc finance duties

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

Recently attained a Finance related degree

Ambitions to study ACCA / CIMA

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):

Experience in an Accounts Assistant role or similar

Start Date:

ASAP (happy with 1 month notice period)

Salary:

Up to £27,000 + Study Support

Central London / Hybrid
