You don’t need any prior experience, however, ideally you will be…

• Confident at networking and rapport building . You will be interviewing and collaborating with C-Suite and Executive-level candidates to assist them in securing their next long-term position so solid communication skills are vital. We also take a very tailored approach to recruitment so being personable is essential.
• Be highly ambitious and have a driven work ethic.
• Thrive in fast – paced environments and want to pursue a career with a clear progression path.
