: We are looking for a motivated individual with an interest in customer service to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Service Apprentice. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in improving Customer Service.
• Learn to identify ways to improve customers experience.
• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Providing accurate information about products and services
• Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
• Updating customer accounts and information as needed
• Creating customers orders on our systems

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
• Ability to use information clearly and accurately
