Graduate Quantity Surveyor

We are working with an existing client who is looking for a graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team, you will be site based and cover the Surrey projects, so just MUST be able to drive.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities:

• Preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations of the construction

• Variations and Measurements

• Cost Control

• Cost reporting

• Liaise with all Internal teams

• Attend projects meetings

• Assist with procurement

• Final Accounts

• Provide support in the cost management and financial reporting

• Attend meetings to provide QS input

• Review project progress and present project data as appropriate

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor must have/be:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying

• Relevant IT Skills

• Excellent oral communication and written skills

• A good knowledge of Maths

• Strong attention to detail

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills

• Confident, Articulate and a critical thinker

• Ability to work to deadlines

• Willing to undertake training and development when needed.
