Are you a passionate Science Graduate eager to inspire the next generation of scientists? Our secondary schools in Southend on Sea are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Science Graduates to join our team starting in September 2024.

As a Science Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting the science department, helping to deliver high-quality education and fostering a love for science among students. This position is perfect for recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience in the educational field while making a positive impact on young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and delivery of science lessons.

Support students in understanding complex scientific concepts.

Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.

Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.

We are looking for a Science Graduate who is passionate about science and education, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to inspire students. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in a science-related field.

Strong knowledge of scientific principles and concepts.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
