Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

? Central London

? Monday to Friday, 8:30pm to 6:00pm

? £25,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £40,000)

?? Office based, WFH options available

? Full training and development

? Immediate or Summer start dates available

We’re recruitment matchmakers, and we pair the best Graduate candidates from across the country with the best recruitment agencies in London. We essentially recruit recruiters!

Who You Are

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be ambitious, motivated and financially driven
• Have a confident, competitive and charismatic edge
• Degree educated, or good A-Level (or equivalent) results
• Ideally have played competitive sport to a high level
• Genuinely wanting to have a successful long term career

The Day Job

• Calling prospective candidates and clients
• Screening and shortlisting candidates based on clients’ needs and requirements
• Advertising job vacancies on job-boards and LinkedIn
• Developing new business and generating new leads
• Managing the end to end recruitment process
• Securing deals and making commission
