The Role:
As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will join either their specialist procurement or supply chain management teams, working with experienced recruiters, managers and directors.
You Will Also be Responsible For:
- Researching, identifying, attracting, screening, selecting and shortlisting candidates
- Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
- Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets
- Utilising searches, calling, networking, LinkedIn
- Using internal CRM database
Requirements:
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Ambitious, professional person with a track record of working hard
- Proven track record of success, proved through a combination of academics, sport, music, work or entrepreneurial exploits
- Committed: it does take a while to be successful so commitment and dedication are essential
