The Role:

As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will join either their specialist procurement or supply chain management teams, working with experienced recruiters, managers and directors.

You Will Also be Responsible For:

  • Researching, identifying, attracting, screening, selecting and shortlisting candidates
  • Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
  • Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets
  • Utilising searches, calling, networking, LinkedIn
  • Using internal CRM database

Requirements:

  • Strong and confident communication skills
  • Ambitious, professional person with a track record of working hard
  • Proven track record of success, proved through a combination of academics, sport, music, work or entrepreneurial exploits
  • Committed: it does take a while to be successful so commitment and dedication are essential
