Associate Recruitment Consultant – £26KOTE £30 – £25K – ASAP start date

You learn everything you need in order to be a successful consultant – for the first 4 months it will be a 180 position where you learn how to source top candidates and slowly bringing in the whole recruitment process

You will become an expert in your field, working with client to deliver end-to-end recruitment projects

• Researching, identifying, attracting, screening, selecting and shortlisting candidates
• Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
• Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets
• Utilising searches, calling, networking, LinkedIn
• Using internal CRM database
• Building market intelligence

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading UK or international University (2:1 and above)
• Good A-level grades 
• Previous sales or client facing experience is useful but by no means essential, although no prior recruitment experience is required
• Worked through uni
• Evidence of being a high achiever; this could be shown through sports, academics or work experience
