The Role

As a digital process consultant in the expanding digital process division, you will play a pivotal role in both documenting and optimising business processes and system procedures for clients, while also contributing to the development and delivery of the digital process platform. You will help create and manage operational knowledge bases for clients aimed at streamlining the adoption and embedding of new platforms and their processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with our clients to design and document their processes into knowledge bases
• Delivering bespoke wikis to our clients, documenting system procedures and ways-of-working 
• Working closely with the digital engineering team to realise the design and development of features within the digital process hub platform
