Graduate Corporate Finance Executive – £24-27k – Leeds

This is a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate to join a boutique advisory firm as their business grows. You could be working on a variety of projects and will have exposure to multi-million pound deals. The role involves working on projects such as mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and fundraisings. You will be involved in a variety of research projects from start to finish and will have direct access to working alongside the partners.

What does a typical day look like?

  • Support company partners with a variety of projects
  • Meet with clients to understand their business and structure
  • Use a variety of databases and platforms to research organisations e.g. to conduct business valuations
  • Conduct data analysis
  • Produce Information Memorandums and reports
  • General office administration

What do you need?

  • A desire to forge a career within corporate finance
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to speak with senior business leaders within a variety of sectors
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Numerate
  • Degrees such as Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management would be a bonus
  • Those with other degree subjects will be considered alongside a demonstrable desire to work in corporate finance 
  • A relevant internship, placement or work experience would be a bonus but is not required
