They now have offices in Boston and Los Angeles, Toronto, Denmark, Netherlands, Germany and Taiwan. An Australian office will be opened in Autumn 2023 with further expansion planned internationally

With 45 staff in Aylesbury and 100 globally, they are turning over £10m with plans to triple in size in the next 5 years, taking advantage of a recession-proof, niche market where they are the market leader.

Graduate Careers Consultant:

Joining in a structured training academy, you will start your career in talent by building relationships with HSEQ professionals, learning about them, their skills and building industry and market knowledge, and consulting with them on potential career opportunities. You can then build your talent career by specialising in candidate consulting, client consulting or in a 360 role.

Approach to support and training: All graduates join in 12 week structured training academy, which includes a blend of classroom and hands on training, workshops, shadowing, buddying up with different leaders to learn alternative approaches, spend time with different departments to learn the business and build internal relationships, taking part in internal challenges and competitions to have fun while learning.

? Uncapped commission; realistic overall earnings are £25-30K year one, £30-45K year two, £35-50K year three.

? Within 3-5 years you can be in a managerial role.

? Incentives: weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual incentives for performance. Recently took 16 of the team out to Porto for achieving quarterly target. Also recently had all expenses day at the races. Other smaller socials including monthly team nights out, bowling, wine tasting etc. Long term friendships are made here.

Base salary starts at £22K and is reviewed every six months.
