Graduate Business Development Executive – Fintech

We are working with a growing Fintech SaaS start up that are looking to increase their sales team. The platform was developed from their parent company which has been established for over 20 years. They have ambitious growth plans and looking to double in size by the end of the year.

 

Role – Business Development

This is an entry-level role for a graduate who is looking to kick-start their career in sales.

  • Building and developing new business relationships
  • Understanding their issues and goals to then pitch back the product 
  • Completing demonstrations of the software with new clients and following up with a proposal
  • Closing the deal and ensuring long-term relationships are built
  • Hitting and exceeding sales targets

  • Having received external funding, they are going through some very exciting growth
  • Hybrid working- 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

Requirements:

  • Graduated with a 2:1 (or equivalent) in any degree
  • Results-driven and a can-do attitude
  • Interested in securing a role within sales
  • Any commercial or sales experience is desirable
