As a Graduate Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving their sales growth. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting their products, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

As a Graduate Sales Consultant you’ll develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Sales and Product Promotion:

Present products to potential clients.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain their features and benefits.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales materials.

Sales Target Achievement:

Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.

Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.

Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
