We are so excited to be working with a brand new Mediterranean Restaurant which recently opened in central London. Serving up to 120 covers per service, they are looking for a creative Junior Sous Chef to craft a variety of fresh Southern Europe-inspired dishes over an open fire.

You must have worked within premium restaurants previously to a high level.

Up to £42,000 salary on 48-hour contract
