The Flint House is hiringWe’re looking for an experienced Junior sous chef to join us, this is a rare opportunity, as these roles don’t come up often.Duties will include, but are not restricted to:-Leading the kitchen team in Head and Sous chefs absenceDelegating tasks to junior chefs and ensuring they are carried out correctlyAssisting senior management with costing of dishes and coming up with specialstraining of junior chefs and ensuring all recipes and dishes are cooked to specificationEnsuring all hygiene standards are kept and that kitchen is clean and tidy

What we expect from you :-To have at least 5 years experience in professional kitchensTo be good with peopleTo be punctual, presentable, passionate and enthusiastic.
