Legal Administrator Apprentice

To work predominantly in the Legal Marketing Team, having

daily interactions with clients and potential clients, supporting each

department within the business by streamlining interactions ensuring clients

have a positive experience from first enquiry right through to matter

conclusion. The role will also involve admin both from a Marketing and Business

point of view but also the maintenance and archiving of their Wills and Deeds.

Main responsibilities:

Legal administration

Logging and maintenance of Wills archive

Telephony

Booking initial appointments for clients

Logging invoices

Social media and website maintenance

Helping to set up events

Reception cover

Retrieval of wills and deeds

Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard with Legal Pathway

Qualifications required

A minimum of 5 x GCSEs which include English at grade 6 and above and maths at grade 5 and above

3 x A-Levels at grade A*-C

Skills required

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Solid written skills

Good communication skills

Prospects

This role is very visual within the business and could progress

to higher level apprenticeships e.g. Paralegal. There is also the opportunity

to progress within the business in roles such as (but not limited to) Property

Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Client Service Advisor, Legal Assistant and

Administration Officer

You will also have exposure to various software packages

that will enhance your technical ability.

These will include Microsoft Word and Excel along with design packages

and video editing.
