As a dog grooming apprentice, your responsibilities will

include: ? Organising/being prepared for the day ahead ? Providing top-notch

customer service on all visits ? Manual lifting is involved within this role. We’re looking for an dog grooming apprentice with the

following skills and experience: ? The drive and determination to learn and

develop ? Customer focused with fantastic communication skills ? Be highly

motivated, proactive and organised ?

We offer many varieties of bathing services. We provide a variety of shampoos: hypoallergenic, natural organic, non-scented and even waterless shampoo for a quick rinse off.

Training

All training will be provided on

site during your paid working hours.

Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination

of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training

Trainer Coach.

Qualifications required

A GCSE or equivalent pass in English

and maths is beneficial but not essential.

If you do not have passes, we will support you in achieving your

Functional Skills English and maths qualifications alongside your apprenticeship.

Skills required

Outgoing a friendly personality, some experience handling animals or Grooming.

Prospects

A full time position within the organisation, with further progression. We aim to keep our staff with us and develop their skills and attributes for a long term career in this wonderful industry.
