Our client based in Windsor is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their stylish property. This is an opportunity for a talented Chef who is looking for a new challenge. The property has an excellent reputation for its food and service standards and has a busy restaurant as well as riverside bar. The Head Chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef who can assist in delivering meals for the Restaurant, Bar Lounge, Banqueting and Room Service.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary to £33k + tips

Paid Overtime

Straight Shifts

45 hr week

The Role

Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence

Ability to deliver modern fresh food

Good Team Player & Motivator

The Person

You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up

Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members

Have experience of working in a busy 4* hotel or similar

Ambitious and career orientated
