Junior Banking Lawyer – Maternity Cover

Job Description

We’re currently seeking a finance lawyer for a 12 month maternity cover contract within the London office of an overseas bank. The responsibilities will be wide ranging and include trade finance and lending, NDAs, consultancy agreements and some commercial and technology contracts.

You will be a qualified lawyer with circa 2 years’ pqe, a good grounding in banking/finance and prior experience of LMA documentation. This broad role will suit a self-starter with the desire to expand on your skillset and continue learning and picking up new things.

Working in a small office of around 140 people you will be joining a very friendly and supportive legal team. You will benefit from a positive culture, good work/life balance and close contact with the business from day one.
