Please note candidates must have experience within a legal setting.

You will be responsible for:

Mapping the market, tracking candidates and building a strong pipeline to facilitate the organisations growth plans across the UK and Europe.

Effectively and efficiently screen candidates, building shortlists for vacancies of varying seniority.

Manage annual graduate and early careers programme.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, having regular meetings to understand their ongoing hiring needs.

Using strategic sourcing techniques to identify talent in the market.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitors and varying legal requirements across the market.

Co-ordinate and manage the recruitment cycle in full including participating in screening and interview process.

Accurate maintenance and upkeep of ATS system in accordance with GDPR legislation.

Lead on employer branding and attraction strategy.

Maintain external stake holder relationships with recruitment agencies.

Work on ongoing projects related to the employee experience, including the DEI strategy.
