This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Private Equity backed ICT Services business.

The Data and Analytics team are responsible for the continued growth of data and analytics capabilities within the business, sitting across all divisions, acquisitions, and products of Focus Group.

The purpose of this position is to support in the creation, production, and regular tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the entire company (Financial, Sales, Operations), offering extensive exposure to the way the company operates.

This role is key to providing the board of directors with analysis to highlight performance, trends, concerns, and achievements.

Role is based in HQ offices in Shoreham by Sea, with ability to work from home 2 days a week.

 

Principal Responsibilities/Duties

  • Support Analytics team with the production and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the business.
  • Manipulate, analyse, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualisations.
  • Provide business critical analysis to the board of Directors.
  • 1st line response to required reports and queries.
  • Analysing statistical information and highlighting trends.

Essential Skills

  • Recently graduated with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ambitious, team player with ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
