This stunning award winning Boutique Hotel is looking for a Ambitious and creative Junior Sous Chef to join their existing talented team of chefs and develop their career and future

Ideally 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen or catering college, with at least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie cooking in a 2 AA Rosette restaurant
Experience in all sections of the kitchen and ability to supervise and train Commis Chefs and CDP’s.
A team player, with an adaptable and flexible approach to work
Good working knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
