We have a really exciting opportunity for recent Chinese speaking Graduates that are based in London to join a global Fintech business who have recently launched in the UK. They are a high growth, fast-paced business specialising in the provision of business loans into the SME sector. They are established and highly successful, having built a fantastic reputation in the Banking and Financial Services sector globally. They operate with multiple offices across the world, and are now launching in the UK market and we are helping them build the team from the ground up. Worldwide, the business has always invest heavily into their staff, specifically aiming at graduate level and offer in-depth training and development which allows individuals to grow and progress quickly in the business – this has been successfully implemented in other offices globally and we are now looking to replicate this in the UK.

We are now specifically looking for recent Graduates to join them as an Account Executive, we are looking for Graduates who are proficient in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and full Visa sponsorship will be provided. The role will be to work within the business on the operational support function, providing timely/problem solving services to aid the operation of the business.

The Role – Account Executive, Banking/Fintech:

As an Account Executive you will join the commercial team and support the business in the day to day management of the customer accounts and support in any further requests they may have. You will play an important part in providing the business with timely operation support to ensure the customer service to clients/suppliers is world class.

Your day to day responsibilities will include;

Management of work queues within the CRM system

Support Broker Managers in background checks on new clients

Provide excellent customer service to clients during their lifecycle of funding

Issue documentation within tight set deadlines

Respond quickly to inbound enquires

Perform third party checks, including credit/AML checks on businesses

Check policies and procedures are being adhered to
