What you’ll do at work

A Financial Services Administrator provides essential administrative support within our firm, ensuring a high-quality, compliant service for clients and colleagues. 
You will handle various tasks on a day-to-day basis, which include:

  • Sending out letters
  • Calling providers for updates on cases
  • Scanning documentation onto computer
  • Shredding all paper work that has been scanned
  • Sending birthday cards
  • Dealing with the advisers emails

This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our financial business and often involves direct interaction with clients and other colleagues.
