Location: Nr Highbridge

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.21 – £16.59 per hour (dependent on experience)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
  • Friday: 07:30 – 12:30

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and clean moulds
  • Prepare chopped strand mat and other reinforcing materials
  • Apply gel coat to moulds
  • Lay up materials with resin
  • Read and interpret drawings and manufacturing specifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Capable of adapting to changing work demands
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Own transport due to location
  • Manufacturing experience (1 year preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
