Our client is an international trading company with offices based in North West London who are recruiting for a Graduate Accounts Assistant to join their team. This position would suit a Graduate with a years or more experience in an accounts related role.

This position offers great career prospects, progression and parking.

Duties will include:

? Working closely with the trading team

? Maintaining supplier relationships by dealing with queries and negotiating payment plans

? Liaising with customers and international suppliers

? Checking payment of shipping invoices

? Monitoring costs incurred in trading and logistics

? Processing of shipping documents

? Ensuring company costs (invoices and expense claims) are properly recorded

Key skills:

? Degree educated

? Strong IT skills

? Strong numeracy skills
