We’re looking for a candidate with 1 – 2 year’s experience of logistics or order processing to join our client – a leading supplier of natural food commodities to international markets. Working with a close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate monitoring of the company’s costs and invoices, processing of shipping documents and building important supplier relations. Working together with the Head of Finance, you will gain excellent financial exposure. Tasks include: Maintaining supplier records on accounting software packages and developing supplier relationships. Processing shipping documents Processing customer orders and raising invoices Ensuring invoices and expenses are paid Monitoring costs incurred in logistics and trading Monitor costs incurred in trading and logistics Logistics administrationKey attributes Degree essential Excellent numerical skills Attention to detail Excellent IT Skills Enthusiastic, positive, personality Able to work independently and as part of a teamThis is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to progress with their career in shipping and logistics, working for an established international company.
