The Role:

The Graduate Recruitment role, is designed to train you to become a first-class head-hunter. Our training combines classroom learning with practical one-to-one mentoring to get you confident in your role as quickly as possible. Responsibilities include conducting research, identifying top industry performers, market mapping, meeting potential candidates, and developing new client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking research through interviewing, telephone referencing, and gathering qualitative views from market sources

Identifying top industry performers and talent pools

Market mapping and competitor analyses

Meeting potential candidates and briefing them on clients and requirements

Developing a solid network of market sources

Identifying and developing new client relationships

Cultivating a detailed knowledge of your market

Requirements:

Highly competitive, ambitious, and results-driven

Bachelor’s degree or above

Driven by a need to ‘win’

Inquisitive and focused with an engaging personality

Ability to handle multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously

Understanding of business operations and decision-making logic
