What You’ll Do:

Immerse yourself in the world of global energy derivatives, including crude oil, gasoline, jet fuel and carbon, and the dynamics of price action within a macro-economic context.

Work directly with industry veterans, gaining insights into the intricacies of the derivatives markets and the skills it takes to succeed within them.

Assist senior brokers in deal execution, understanding client needs and tailoring bespoke solutions.

Undertake a structured desk rotation in order to gain insight across multiple products.

Be part of a tailored off-desk training program that will give you the chance to learn skills and technical knowledge directly from senior brokers.

Access focused training for the relevant energy trading platforms and software required within the energy space.

Who We Are Looking For:

A candidate who will graduate this year or has finished a degree in the last 3 years.

A strong analytical mind with an interest and understanding of energy markets.
