Introduction:

The post holder will be expected to carry out basic administration and clerical duties with the following

duties:

To deal with internal and external emails on a day-to-day basis

To answer/deal with queries via the telephone, take messages and pass them on to the relevant member of staff in an appropriate and timely manner

To maintain filling systems in line with organisations policies and procedures

Data input, data extraction, photocopying, faxing, filling, and typing duties as directed

Collating information for reports

To adhere to health and safety regulations and the organisations policies and procedures

To assist in any other in any other administration tasks as directed

To always maintain strict confidentiality
