1. Towork as part of a team to ensure all facilities are presented to the highestlevels of cleanliness.

2. Toensure a warm friendly & professional atmosphere and high standard ofcustomer care at all times in order to generate customer loyalty.

3. Toassist the Duty Manager with the daily activities programme, swimming poolpatrolling, setting up equipment.

4. Toassist the Duty Manager on the effective control & security of thefacility, patrolling all appropriate areas ensuring equipment is stored safely& securely.

5. Tobe aware of all Health & Safety issues within the centre, to constantlyimplement & assess the practises and draw attention to any unsafepractises.

6. Toreceive telephone, written & personal bookings & payments for use ofthe centres facilities.

7. Toensure cash handling & reconciliation of monies is carried out.

8. Tooperate the public address systems, telephones & computer booking system.

9. Tohelp maintain the centre in a clean, tidy and pleasant environment in which towork.

10. Toundertake any other duties as may be required to assist in the running of thecentre.

11. Toundertake other such duties consistent with the nature of the post and grade asrequired by the Service Lead, whilst working to support the brand narrativeof Exeter’s place based brand ‘Exeter Live Better’.
