An opportunity has arisen to join one of our clients as an Internal Sales support coordinator, my client would consider a trainee with the right motivation to train. This is a great business, who look after their team, listen to new ideas and give full training to help their people succeed.

As a Sales Support Coordinator you will play a fundamental role in achieving the companys customer growth objectives. You must be comfortable making outgoing calls, working with the external sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Your role as the Internal Sales Support Coordinator will include.

  • Learning to interpreting customer requirements to create quotations and sales orders
  • Maintaining contact with the customer assigned to you
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email or phone
  • Calling lapsed clients relating
  • 15/20 outbound calls on a weekly basis
  • Working as part of a team
  • Maintain the customer database

To be successful for this role you will have.

  • A confident telephone manner and experience of contacting customers on a daily basis
  • Good grasp of numbers
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability prioritize, and manage time effective
  • An engineering or mechanical background.
  • Autocad or solidworks knowledge.
