We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our first Graduate Assessment day for the Paid Media department on the 21st May at 1 pm – 3 pm at our Manchester office space.

The day will give you the opportunity to meet other like minded individuals looking to get into the industry. Our Paid Media team will introduce you to Embryo and their department giving you useful insights and experiences from their own Graduate journey. The day will include workshops that will assess your presentation skills, creativity, teamwork, and analytical skills, but don’t worry our industry experts will be on hand to help and support you throughout!

Applications to attend the assessment day will be screened internally and successful candidates will be contacted by the HR team to secure your place. The day will be open to a maximum of 10 candidates.

Paid Media Graduate Opportunity

Following the assessment day, two successful candidates will be invited to a final stage interview with the PPC and Paid Social team for roles to be secured in June 2024.

The two graduate level vacancies are:

  • Paid Social Assistant – £25k per annum
  • PPC Assistant – £25k per annum

What does a paid media graduate role look like

  • Entry-level digital marketing knowledge with full training provided to be able to ultimately deliver campaign management as time progresses.
  • Curious to learn – our aim will be to fully develop your skills to become an independent and reliable PPC/Paid Social Executive throughout the first half of your graduate scheme, this will involve large amounts of learning, testing and trying new things. You will need to be dedicated to taking notes, learning from others, and researching for your personal development.
  • Continuous self-development – Although full training will be provided, to excel you will need the desire and drive to independently learn throughout the graduate year.
  • Strategy & reporting – you will be involved in helping to create client PPC/Paid Social strategies and reports each month, learning how to use Google platforms and understand data in order to make informed decisions.
  • Delivery of work – you will be responsible for the delivery of PPC/Paid Social work for your clients with the assistance of the Senior members of the team.
  • Building relationships – we pride ourselves on our level of customer service and the way we work with our clients. Building good relationships with your clients is a key part of your role. You’ll need to have confidence in order to be able to gain an understanding of the client’s business, brand, sector, competitors, and audiences.
  • Teamwork – you’ll need to be a team player and work with other areas of the business on multi-channel clients. We are a business that likes to help each other out, so showing willingness to help and support others is key.
  • Innovation – Offer new and creative Ideas for the business.
  • Contributions – play an active part in the growth of not only client campaigns but also the wider team and business at Embryo.
