Key responsibilities

  • Manage documentation and support with meetings
  • Assist in capex and budget allocation
  • Curate contents for management reporting, including dashboards, presentations, and excel reports
  • Support Transformation forum scheduling and minuting
  • Follow up on actions and work with thr team to capture and document stakeholders’ business needs

Profile requiredExperience / Competencies required

  • Good basic knowledge of Compliance, finance and accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of risk
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • French language skills are advantageous
  • Affinity with investigating and resolving problems
