Man Group is seeking a Marketing apprentice to join its EMEA Channel Marketing team in London.

The Marketing apprentice will be part of a driven, high-paced, creative, and dynamic team. They will have the opportunity to learn about creating business-to-business marketing content, the workings of the hedge fund and asset management industry, and how to work effectively across multiple teams and regions.

This individual will be involved in the day-to-day activities of the firm’s EMEA channel marketing function, supporting our channel and campaign managers with event, campaign and channel initiatives across a multitude of marketing channels. This will include, amongst other activites, event and webinar coordination, email campaign creation and testing, briefing of creative assets to our creative marketing team as well as preparation of translation content for campaigns.

Over the course of the candidate’s apprenticeship, they will develop valuable marketing and communication skills, strong relationships across the organisation and industry, and a portfolio of work. There will be plenty of opportunities to learn about the roles and responsibilities of the wider Marketing and Communications team as well as participate in high-profile events and activities.

About the Apprenticeship:

The Apprentice will be studying the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship alongside LDN Apprentices and will be given full support in achieving the qualification.

Please note this is a fixed-term apprenticeship role offered as part of Man Group’s School Leaver Programme, targeting motivated students aged 17-23, there may be the potential to move into a full-time role following the completion of the programme.

We are unfortunately unable to sponsor visas for this programme or provide this opportunity to individuals who already have a similar qualification at a higher level than the apprenticeship associated with this programme.

Responsibilities:

The candidate in this role will be responsible for:

Support the localised content creation process. Assisting with event coordination and logistics Supporting in the creation of email campaigns, campaign landing pages, creative campaign assets Managing some of the team’s administrative tasks

Competencies:

  • A keen interest in marketing and specifically in channel and campaign activities
  • A keen project manager
  • A desire to learn about the investment industry.
  • A solid understanding of different marketing channels
  • A collaborative team player and quick learner
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
