A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Brent are on the hunt for Aspiring STEM Teacher for a September 2024 start. This is a full time role, directly employed via the school with a salary of £26,500 per annum.

You will be working across a Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics Department, supporting KS3-5 lessons, while having a focus on attainment & the quality of learning. This is the perfect opportunity if you’re an aspiring STEM Teacher looking to gain experience before enrolling onto paid teacher training in September 2025.

The Head Teacher would ideally like a STEM Graduate with any of the following Science related degrees:

  • Chemistry (Science)
  • Natural Sciences (Science)
  • Mathematics & Physics
  • Mathematical Sciences (Maths)
  • Physics
  • Computer Science

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Must have a desirable degree from the above subjects from a reputable University
  • Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
  • Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
  • You must be able to engage and motivate the students
  • Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout!
