Are you looking for a permanent position in a school where you can work alongside experienced teachers, a SENCO and external professionals to help propel your career?

We are looking for multiple graduates who have a strong passion for education and teaching who want to get some hands-on experience this September. This school will timetable you to work closely with your subject specialism where you can complete 1:1 sessions with the KS3, KS4 and KS5 students.

You will be working closely with students on a 1:1 and group basis, offering targeted interventions and booster sessions to support them academically and pastorally. You will be supporting students of all needs, especially those with SEN such as ASD, ADHD and other complex needs. This allows those who are aspiring to be Counsellors, Social Workers or even Child Psychologists to gain some valuable knowledge, as well as being excellent experience for those interested in teacher training!

The school offers SALARIED Teacher Training and are keen to find bright graduates who they can enrol onto the following academic year of training, however this is not a requirement if you have other aspirations.

• Supporting KS3, KS4 and KS5 students with their academics
• Completing 1:1 and group sessions for those who need extra support
• To be able to tailor your communication depending on each student
• To help encourage and inspire the students in their education

The Ideal Candidate – Graduate Teaching Assistant – Salaried Teacher Training

• 2:1 or 1st class Degree at a reputable University
• Strong academics to be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
• Passion for education towards children
• Confidence to support students
