Eden Scott is supporting a client seeking Graduates to join their Kintore team. The successful candidate will participate in the Graduate Development Programme, gaining structured and systematic training and development to build upon their academic achievements and acquire professional engineering experience with their product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing detailed project quotations and compiling relevant costs.
  • Coordinate technical documentation for bid submissions and projects, including drawings, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Arrange Project Kick-Off meetings upon contract award and manage project plans, budgets, and milestones.
  • Assist with field surveys and participate in client meetings and HAZOPs.
  • Ensure timely receipt of drawings and associated documents to meet project schedules.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions and Manufacturing Request Forms; issue Assembly/Test Work packs.
  • Write in-house testing and operational procedures for offshore supply scopes.
  • Compile mobilisation lists, Manufacturing Record Books, and coordinate Revenue Reports upon project completion.

Quality and Safety Responsibilities:

  • Comply with company and Client quality, safety, and environmental management systems and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with the company Integrated Management System for project engineering tasks.
  • Report all accidents, incidents, near misses, and hazards immediately and complete relevant paperwork.

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • BSc / BEng (Hons) and/or MSc in Mechanically biased subjects.
  • Engineering background with topside/process/pipeline/subsea experience is advantageous.
  • Good technical writing skills.
  • Driving license required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project; knowledge of Microsoft AX is a plus.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with high motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Team player capable of working independently.

Eligibility:
