The Ecommerce Trading Assistant reports to the Trading Manager and is responsible for delivering the Online Trading Plan, Analysing Performance and identifying opportunities to deliver performance/growth. Working in tools to visually merchandise and optimise product placement to drive online performance across channels.

What you will do

• Weekly/Monthly and Quarterly Category Performance Analysis.
• Deliver the department Merchandising and Optimisation Plan
• Customer Journey Execution and Optimisation across all events onsite collaborating with Content, UX and the marketing channels.
• Execute product discoverability across categorization, navigation, filters, and search in collaboration with the Digital Ops Team.
• Supports and inputs into the seasonal trading plan responding to current trading conditions and capitalising on opportunities.

What we are looking for

• Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
• Experience of delivering results in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Commercial Acumen.
• Experience working in an Ecommerce environment and using Web platforms.
• Has Intermediate skills using Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent people skills and can influence across teams with a positive attitude.
• Flexible in approach and strong on teamwork.
