The training you will be getting

The apprentice will be working towards attaining a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification with on-site training supported one day a week by Weymouth College.

There is potential for the right candidate to complete full Barista training (training for this will be provided on-site by a third-party training provider). Level 1 Functional Skills maths and English (if required).

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Expectation is that the apprentice continues their employment with the company. With a view to further their training and development to multi-skill and grow with the company.
