About the role:

We are looking for a Graduate M&A Analyst (Research), to support the firm’s research activities linked to buy-side, sell-side, fundraising and strategic advisory mandates. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who has interest in corporate finance and who has a particular interest in research.

Main aspects of the role include:

Support the deal team on all research related aspects;

Gather market data to analyse trends and help value transactions;

Lead various market and/or company specific research projects;

Draft presentations, board reports, etc.;

Personal Skills:

Exceptional knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;

Strong analytical and numerical skills;

Strong organisational and project management skills;

Ability to deliver exceptionally strong output even under time-pressure;

Attention to detail;

Experience and Qualifications

Ideally some experience in a relevant research or professional environment (Academics, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Strategy Consulting, etc);

Bachelor’s degree from one of the world’s top 50 universities;

Additional qualifications like an MBA, CFA, ACCA et., are a plus, but not required;
