Graduate M&A Analyst 2024

We are looking for a Graduate M&A Analyst (Research), to support the firm’s research activities linked to buy-side, sell-side, fundraising and strategic advisory mandates. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who has interest in corporate finance and who has a particular interest in research.

Main aspects of the role include

• Support the deal team on all research related aspects;
• Gather market data to analyse trends and help value transactions;
• Lead various market and/or company specific research projects;
• Draft presentations, board reports, etc.;

About you

Personal skills

• Exceptional knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills;
• Strong organisational and project management skills;
• Ability to deliver exceptionally strong output even under time-pressure;
• Attention to detail;

Experience and qualifications

• Ideally some experience in a relevant research or professional environment (Academics, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Strategy Consulting, etc);
• Bachelor’s degree from one of the world’s top 50 universities;
• Additional qualifications like an MBA, CFA, ACCA et., are a plus, but not required;
