Currently, we are looking to hire an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer to join us in Barry, UK.

Can you picture yourself on the team?

During your assignment, you will both add value to our company and to yourself by developing as a professional in the field of Instrumentation.

You will be working and developing in the instrument team at the Barry site, helping with your skills in the following areas:-

  • Technical knowledge, supporting across various parts of the site and give input to projects also from an instrument standpoint.
  • You will support with spares and help resolve technical queries.
  • You will drive help productivity and performance improvements.

Your Qualifications

  • Studying University degree in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
  • Solid MS-Office user knowledge. Experience in prioritizing tasks with excellent time management and a safety-first mentality
  • Quick learning skills and the ability to apply Dow Design tools, work processes, pant standards, and best practices
  • A team player who is willing to integrate and collaborate. Independent, responsible, goal-oriented way of working in various local and global project teams and networks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have a good working knowledge of English.
  • Innovative and open-minded personality, who appreciates working in multicultural teams
  • Enjoy working in a lifelong learning environment, which offers many opportunities to grow and develop yourself
  • You can start between July and August 2025 for a period of 12 months (exact timing to be discussed)
