About the Role:

We’re looking for a bright and motivated Commercial Graduate to join our growing team on a 1-year Fixed term contract. In this fast-paced role, you’ll gain valuable experience working across both legal and commercial functions, supporting the company’s continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the legal team with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including contracts with partners, vendors, and customers.
• Conduct legal research on relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Manage contract storage.
• Assist in the monitoring of contractual financial performance and KPI’s.
• Manage legal and commercial risk by identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
• Assist with the onboarding of new partners and vendors.
• Stay up to date on relevant UK digital health laws and regulations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, or ILEX Qualified.
• The ideal candidate will have work experience or a placement within a law firm.
• LPC is advantageous.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal and commercial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A keen interest in the digital health sector is a plus.
